![]() There were over 3 miles of Corvettes stretched as far back as the eye could see. What a beautiful sight!! |
![]() We took over the Pilot Truck Stop in Newnan. |
![]() Lookout Trucks! The Corvettes are here! |
![]() Welcome to Fort Benning, GA. |
![]() We made our way through the Officers golf course and on to the Infantry Museum. |
![]() American flags were quite abundant as the 112 Corvettes made their way to a parking space. |
![]() Cheryl and Barry Tomlinson discuss the trip and the box lunch provided by Atlanta Bread Company. |
![]() The shade was a commodity as it was well over 100 degrees with the heat index. |
![]() The National Infantry Museum was 3 floors of history of the post and the Army Rangers. |
![]() A large display of anti-aircraft and howitzers were readily accessible for the visitors to touch and view. |
![]() An old Quartermaster Corps train was also on display. |
![]() One of many monuments to the 3rd Army and the sacrifices made over the different wars. |
![]() Another great monument to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. |
